All attendees need to fill out the booking form, this is overnight and day visitors alike. Payments need to be made either by cheque or money order made out to HWS&D Guild of Tasmania Inc. and forwarded with your registration form to Diana Kearney, 21 Killara Ave, Lanena, Tas, 7275. Alternatively payments may be made by EFTPOS through the Yarn Store by phone (6224 1526) or in person, but you must state who is making the payment and what it is for, and you must still mail your registration form to Di Kearney with details of the made payment. the cut-off date for final payment is August 25th. Refunds after this date will only be made in exceptional circumstances, with a small retainer kept for administration requirements. Receipts will be issued. Please note: Make bookings only through the Guild, NOT through the motel directly.
